Introduction

Welcome to Evento, the social events app provided by Seven Labs LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Evento application and its associated services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Product Description

Evento is a social events app that simplifies the creation and management of events for both public and private use cases. The Service provides features such as detailed RSVP status per invitee, support for Email and SMS invites, and easy email-blasts to all invitees of an event. Evento also allows users to follow other users and see their content on their personal feed. Users can interact with events by posting photos in the gallery and commenting on the wall.

User Capabilities and Restrictions

As a user of Evento, you can:

• Follow other users and interact with them through comments, likes, and other social features
• Create events and publish them as either public or private, controlling the visibility of event data
• Invite other users to events and assign co-hosts
• Manage your profile page, which displays your public events
• Edit your profile settings
• Invite other users to join Evento

However, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers and networks connected to the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Seven Labs LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the Service without our express written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Seven Labs LLC does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Seven Labs LLC, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.

Effective Date and Changes

These Terms are effective as of May 31, 2024. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and/or changes on our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
